Cold work tool steel
Achieving the hardness of or exceeding HRC58 through quenching and tempering, this steel features excellent wear resistance and strength making suitable for applications in dies that will receive heavy loads for cold forging and sheet metal stamping.
Hot work tool steel
Due to its excellent toughness and resistance to softening under high temperatures, this steel is used in hot work/warm work forging, die casting, and more recently, in hot stamping dies.
