Amorphous wire is the unique metal material that has no crystalline structure by quenching molten metal and are divided into two types: magnetic wire and high-strength wire, depending on its alloy composition.
Magnetic wire is used as cores for magnetic sensors that enable ultra-high sensitivity and high-speed response, and high-strength wire is used as functional material with high tensile strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and high elasticity: both are used in a variety of fields such as various electronic components, precision equipment, and sporting goods. In addition, we have round wire and flat wire with different wire shapes.

Our unique in-rotating liquid spinning and single-roll processes are used to produce amorphous wire.
Magnetic Amorphous wire
Two types are available: a high magnetic permeability type that exhibits soft magnetic properties and the LB type which demonstrates unique magnetic characteristics (large Barkhausen jump).
High-Strength Amorphous wire
This amorphous wire has excellent strength, elasticity and corrosion resistance.
